These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern internet service, equipment, websites, customer portals, and related services provided by Natures Wireless LLC, doing business as Entire Wireless (“Entire Wireless,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By ordering, activating, accessing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and any service order or agreement associated with your account.
1. Service
Entire Wireless provides fixed and mobile wireless broadband services using wireless infrastructure and third-party network providers. Coverage, speeds, latency, capacity, and availability vary by location, equipment, network conditions, congestion, terrain, weather, maintenance, power, and other factors. Advertised speeds are not guaranteed.
2. Eligibility and Service Address
Service is subject to an availability review. Approval of an address does not guarantee uninterrupted coverage. Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, and service-location information and promptly update it when it changes.
3. Plans, Billing, and Fees
Current advertised plans include Residential Internet starting at $85 per month and Business Internet starting at $100 per month. The price and terms shown on your service order or customer agreement control your account. Taxes, equipment charges, modem lease charges, installation, activation, reconnection, replacement, or other disclosed fees may apply. Recurring charges are billed according to your account billing cycle and are due by the stated due date.
4. Equipment
Equipment identified as leased, rented, or owned by Entire Wireless remains the property of Entire Wireless. You must use equipment responsibly, protect it from loss or damage, and return company-owned equipment when service ends or when requested. Charges disclosed in your service agreement may apply to lost, damaged, altered, or unreturned equipment.
5. Network Performance and Management
Wireless service depends on networks and facilities that may be operated by third parties. Entire Wireless may take reasonable steps to protect network security, prevent abuse, manage congestion, maintain service quality, comply with law, and enforce applicable network-provider requirements. Service may be temporarily interrupted for maintenance, emergencies, network changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
6. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, infringement, unauthorized access, malicious software distribution, interference with networks or equipment, or any activity that threatens the security or availability of the service. You may not resell or redistribute service to third parties unless your plan or a written agreement expressly permits it.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for securing your devices, Wi-Fi network, passwords, and account credentials; maintaining compatible equipment and electrical power; and complying with applicable laws. You are responsible for activity occurring through your connection unless prohibited by law.
8. Suspension and Termination
Entire Wireless may suspend or terminate service for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, violation of these Terms, threats to network security, legal requirements, or other material breaches. Reconnection or other fees disclosed in your agreement may apply. Customer cancellation and any early-termination obligations are governed by the service agreement or order accepted for the account.
9. Third-Party Networks and Services
Our service may rely on third-party wireless carriers, payment processors, hosting providers, equipment manufacturers, and other vendors. Their terms or policies may apply to portions of the service. Entire Wireless does not control third-party networks and is not responsible for changes made by those providers beyond our reasonable control.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis. Entire Wireless does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or universally available service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Entire Wireless will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Any limitation is subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be waived.
12. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Entire Wireless Privacy Policy. Network providers and other third parties may separately process information under their own privacy policies.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. The effective date displayed on this page identifies the current version.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies or applicable law requires otherwise.
