This SMS Messaging Policy explains how Natures Wireless LLC, doing business as Entire Wireless ("Entire Wireless," "we," "us," or "our"), uses text messaging to communicate with customers and individuals who request information. This policy applies to SMS and, where supported, MMS messages sent on our behalf, including through business communications providers such as RingCentral, 8x8, and Nextiva. Use of any provider does not change the consent and privacy commitments described here.
1. Types of Messages
Depending on your relationship with us and the permissions you provide, messages may include responses to inquiries, availability checks, account and onboarding updates, appointment or installation coordination, service notices, support follow-ups, billing reminders, and promotional offers. Marketing messages are sent only where the required marketing consent has been obtained. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing our services.
2. How You Opt In
You may opt in by selecting a clearly identified, optional SMS consent checkbox on an Entire Wireless form, requesting text communications through an appropriate documented channel, or otherwise providing affirmative consent where permitted by law. We may retain records of the consent language, date, time, source, and telephone number. Providing a phone number alone does not automatically enroll you in promotional text messaging.
3. Opt Out — STOP
You can stop receiving messages from a messaging program by replying STOP to a text from that program. We may send a final confirmation of your opt-out. Where supported, other commonly recognized requests such as END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT may also be processed. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent necessary nonmarketing communications where permitted by law and appropriately authorized. If messages come from different numbers or programs, you may need to opt out separately; contact us for assistance.

5. Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on the program, your requests, and account activity. Promotional message frequency will be disclosed at the point of enrollment where required. Entire Wireless does not charge a separate fee to receive our texts, but your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply. Carrier charges and plan limits are your responsibility.
6. Privacy and Data Sharing
We use telephone numbers and messaging records to deliver and manage requested communications, document consent, process opt-outs, provide support, and maintain compliance. We may share information with communications providers and service processors solely as needed to operate these services, subject to appropriate safeguards. SMS opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. 7. Delivery and Availability
Message delivery is subject to wireless carrier and network availability. Carriers and messaging providers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS is not guaranteed to be secure or uninterrupted. Do not send passwords, payment card details, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive information by text message.
8. Eligibility and Number Changes
By enrolling, you confirm that you are authorized to use the mobile number provided and meet applicable age and legal requirements. Please notify us if your number changes or is reassigned so that we can update your messaging preferences.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. Material changes to an SMS program may require renewed consent where applicable.
